  • We use trusted local and national courier services to deliver your orders.

  • Estimated Delivery Times within Pakistan:

    • Peshawar: 1–2 business days

    • Other major cities: 2–5 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping fees apply based on order weight and destination.

  • Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount (if applicable).

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

  • You can use this number to track your order with the courier.

5. Shipping Delays

  • Marhar is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events outside our control.

  • Please allow extra time during peak seasons or public holidays.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will assist in filing a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.
