1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the same payment method you used during purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.
4. Exchange

Exchanges are only possible for items of the same type and value, subject to availability.
