1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the same payment method you used during purchase.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.

  • Exchanges are only possible for items of the same type and value, subject to availability.
